ASE Studio is a boutique event planning and styling studio specializing in event planning, spatial design, and event coordination based in San Francisco. We plan events across California and beyond.
We founded ASE Studio for design lovers, storytellers, and those who cherish the beauty of places and the poetry of details. With vibrant creativity and steadfast execution, we craft heartfelt moments, memories so vivid that even years later they bring a warm, unspoken smile.
THE REAL USPeople often ask how we started.
ASE began with three playful souls, designers who have spent years immersed in the craft. We love telling beautiful, wildly imaginative stories. We will happily disappear into a materials library in search of the exact shade of yellow, or stand before a wall of light and shadow for an hour, waiting for the moment it finally feels right.
To us, the most wonderful things are quirky, free-spirited, dynamic, and warm.
Over the years, from site walks and concept sketches to sourcing, coordination, and build, we have learned to create beauty that truly belongs to its place: intuitive, unbounded, and alive.
Then one day, we asked ourselves: what if we told love stories the way designers do? That question became ASE Studio. Since then, we have been fortunate to meet kindred spirits, clients who love to play, dare to imagine, and see the world with a beautifully curious eye.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Co-Founder | Lead Designer
With more than seven years in design and a background in landscape architecture from the UPenn, I have always been drawn to the relationship between people, place, and experience.
Travel, culture, materiality, and atmosphere continue to shape the way I see and create. Event design became a natural extension of this practice, bringing together spatial thinking, storytelling, and human connection.
Every couple carries a distinct rhythm, history, and point of view. I begin by listening, then translate those layers into form, color, texture, movement, and detail, creating celebrations that feel deeply personal and entirely their own.
I am drawn to both the immediate and the subtle: the first sense of wonder upon entering a space, and the quieter moment when its meaning begins to unfold.
When a bold or unexpected idea appears, I see possibility. That spirit of curiosity, imagination, and making is at the heart of my work at ASE Studio.

With a background in Environmental Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, I create thoughtful event experiences that feel both imaginative and grounded.
My work explores the relationship between people and place, bringing together atmosphere, storytelling, and practical design while honoring the unique character of each setting.
I love transforming ethereal ideas into experiences that can be beautifully built and enjoyed. Each project is shaped by its surroundings, the people within it, and the story it is meant to tell.

I bring nearly decades of experience in the marketing industry. Trained in fashion marketing, I developed a sharp eye for trends, materials, and brand storytelling—skills I now channel into seamless event production. At ASE Studio, I focus on translating creative vision into clear plans and flawless execution: aligning vendors, building airtight timelines, and directing load-in, guest flow, and strike with calm precision.
I’m known for clear communication and gracious leadership, and I take pride in keeping projects on time and on budget without ever sacrificing beauty. For me, the greatest joy is turning big ideas into experiences that guests can truly feel.
